THE EXECUTION

More than 30 renderings and a cinematic film of over three minutes for marketing and sales, produced since 2023 and still in progress. The film features real actors we filmed on green screen in our own studio and placed into the 3D scenes. The exteriors show the tower by day and at dusk, from the street and along the promenade with its retail frontage. Inside, the lobby, bar, clubroom, golf simulator, gym and residences share one character: warm materials, collected objects and the motorcycle and portrait theme that runs through the whole building.

WHAT IT DID

One body of work served every stage of the project. Design approvals went through without delays, investors signed off, and the same images carried the marketing launch and the media coverage that followed. Shorter cuts from the film work as standalone clips for single spaces. The residences show each unit with its light and its view of the city, so buyers could see their future home long before the building was finished.

WHY THIS MATTERS

A development needs different images at each stage: precise ones for approvals, convincing ones for investors, atmospheric ones for buyers and the press. Real actors in the film, not AI generated people, show how the shared spaces will actually be used. Working with one studio from the start means every new deliverable builds on the same models, materials and light, so nothing has to be explained twice or rebuilt from zero. The making of clips show how a scene comes together, from the 3D model and the green screen footage to the final frame.
