Stillwater Dwellings
Every home, shown where it will be built.
Stillwater Dwellings needed marketing materials and an investor presentation for its collection of architect-designed prefab homes.
Matt Cull, Marketing Director, contacted Darkroom: a full collection to visualize, homes that did not exist yet, and buyers who needed to see them on land like their own.

THE EXECUTION
30+ photorealistic renderings. 8+ animations. Two months. Every design placed in the landscape it is built for: coastal forest, desert, hillside, vineyard, tropical and suburban lots. The challenge was range. The requirement was consistency. Architecture and materiality had to read the same in every scene, so the collection holds together as one family of homes.

WHAT IT DID
Marketing assets were ready for launch. The same visuals carried the investor presentation through to investor approval. One set of images now serves two audiences: buyers choosing a home and investors backing the company.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Prefab is sold before it is built. The buyer commits to a plan before the house exists or has a site, so at that stage the visualization is the product. Showing one design system across many landscapes lets every buyer see the home on land like theirs, and shows investors a collection that can sell across markets.

Matt Cull
''Darkroom delivered stunningly realistic home renderings that captured every detail of our designs perfectly.''
